Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Condition
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We can't accept items that have been used or installed.

Return shipping
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer pays return shipping.

Return address
Returns are shipped to our return address in Canada, which we'll send you when you start your return. Please contact us before sending anything back; parcels sent without contacting us first may not be processed.

How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.
