Will it fit my car?
The extender is designed for compact cars, subcompact SUVs, and hatchbacks. It's approximately 51 inches wide, so please measure the width of your back seat before ordering. If you're unsure, contact us with your car's make and model.
What is it made of?
The top layer is 600D Oxford fabric, chosen to resist scratches from claws. Beneath it are a PVC waterproof coating layer, PP cotton padding, a double 230T lining, reinforced support panels, a polyester layer with TPU coating, and a non-slip backing.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it clean with a damp cloth or vacuum it.
Is it a safety restraint?
No. The extender is not a crash restraint. For safety, secure your dog with a crash-tested harness or travel crate.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders to the USA and Canada.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 7–8 business days, so most orders arrive within 8–10 business days of being placed.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email as soon as your order ships.
I'm in Canada. Will I pay extra on delivery?
Orders ship from our US warehouse. Depending on your order and province, Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST) and carrier fees may apply on delivery.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. See our Refund Policy for details.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For other returns, the customer pays return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
